Cybersecurity Document Creation Support

Description Solafune Co., Ltd. is a startup aiming to build a "Planetary Intelligence OS." With satellite data analysis and AI analysis at its core, the company is rapidly building a track record of transactions with government agencies in fields such as defense and security, infrastructure monitoring, and environmental monitoring. In this position, you will be responsible for creating various documents for cybersecurity system projects for government agencies. You will need to understand the work of both government officials and engineers as the project progresses, and then create the necessary documents. Please note that depending on the nature of the work, regular business trips to designated facilities in Tokyo may be required. Main Job Responsibilities Attends regular technical meetings with government agency representatives and takes minutes (4 meetings in total, at designated facilities in Tokyo) Creates technical documents (design specifications, reports, etc.) for systems for government agencies and public offices Communicates with government officials and internal stakeholders Requirements Ability to create technical documents (system design specifications, reports) in Japanese: at a level suitable for submission to administrative agencies Ability to create official documents such as specifications, proposals, and reports for government and public office projects Understanding and compliance with various administrative regulations and procurement rules Tools and Product Experience Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Business applications included in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) Slack Notion Preferred Experiences Experience in system development and sales for government agencies We are looking For: Individuals who understand the characteristics of government projects and highly confidential projects, and who can perform their duties with a high sense of ethics and responsibility.
