UI/UX Designer

Job Description We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design optimal interfaces and specifications for Colorkrew's services. Your mission will be to maximize customer experience and business impact through the power of design. In this role, you will work closely and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members, including product owners, managers, and engineers. Responsibilities Information architecture (IA) and requirements definition Creating user stories based on hypotheses and data Product UI design Requirements  3+ years of experience in UI design for web and native mobile applications. 3+ years of direction experience in translating product issues and requirements into information architecture (IA) and defining specifications. Proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and prototyping tools (Figma). Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with clients, product owners, and engineers throughout product ideation, design, and development. Excellent articulation skills to clearly explain design intent and rationale to non-designers and cross-functional team members. Portfolio submission required: Please clearly specify your exact role and contributions for each project (attachments accepted). Fluent English communication skills Nice to have Knowledge of programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Experience in spatial design, 2D/3D graphics, and motion graphics creation. Experience in mentoring, training, or developing other designers. Experience with "vibe coding" utilizing AI tools like Claude or Codex, as well as graphic/UI design leveraging generative AI. Experience in building, maintaining, and operating design systems or internal design guidelines. (During this period your contract conditions will be the same as that of a permanent employee.) Work Hours and Work Place Scheduled working hours: Flexible Work Hours SystemBetween (Core time:10 AM - 2 PM)  Hybrid work style of coming to the office and working remotely. Many of us come to the office about half a day a week. You can come to the office at your free time, avoiding crowded train times. There are also people who live in remote areas outside the Tokyo suburbs, and they basically work remotely. They come to the office about once a month on business trips. We have no plans to go back to office commuting altogether. We will continue to do hybrid work, mainly remote work. Holidays Two days off per week (as well as national holidays, New Year's break, etc.) Paid leave, congratulatory and bereavement leave etc. Salary 12 months salary and bonuses paid in summer and winter.
