- We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can create high quality visual assets across both digital and print media while strengthening the company's portfolio of brands.

- \r\nThe role will support the company's growing business by designing creative assets for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, retail spaces, and printed materials that showcase Japanese traditional craftsmanship to audiences around the world. You will play a key role in maintaining consistent brand identities while producing engaging visuals across both digital and physical customer touchpoints. You will also work closely with the PR, Web, Product Planning, and Store Operations teams to deliver creative solutions that align with each brand's visual identity.

- \r\nResponsibilities Include:
- \r\n- Designing campaign visuals for both digital and physical channels
- \r\n- Creating creative assets for paid advertisements, e-commerce platforms, and new brand launches
- \r\n- Designing website graphics, marketing materials, packaging, and promotional merchandise
- \r\n- Producing flyers, posters, brochures, exhibition materials, shop cards, etc
- \r\n- Creating web banners, social media graphics, and e-commerce visuals
- \r\n- Preparing print and digital ready production files
- \r\n- Maintaining brand consistency by following established brand guidelines
- \r\n
- \r\nRequired Qualifications:
- \r\n- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- \r\n- Business level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- \r\n- Conversational English proficiency
- \r\n- Ability to communicate effectively with both international and Japanese teams
- \r\n
- \r\nPreferred Qualifications:
- \r\n- Experience using Adobe Photoshop
- \r\n- Experience using Figma (experience with banner and UI design is a plus)
- \r\n- Work experience as a graphic designer in-house or at a creative ag
