Race Info:

• The race will start and finish at the Camp Fuji Athletic Field
• The first 350 registered participants will receive a t-shirt and a medal upon completion.

Participation:

• This event is open to all participants Japan-wide, SOFA and non-SOFA.
• There will be a mandatory participants’ brief held 15 minutes prior to the start of each race.
• All participants must be 5 years old or older on THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Entry Fee:

• $40 —Individual Competitive
• $40 —Individual Fun Run (Non-Competitive)
• $20 —Kids Race/Youth Race Non-Competitive (ages 5-14)

Additional $5 for same day registration and limited to Credit/Debit card only.

Refunds:

1) Can I transfer my individual registration (to someone else) if I cannot participate?

– No, however, you may be eligible for a refund.

2) If I am unable to participate, can I get a refund?

– Yes, refunds will be available for those who are unable to participate due to medical conditions and unexpected military obligations such as TAD, Orders, etc. Refund requests must be submitted by May 11, 2024.

3) If you registered online through Eventbrite, please request a refund through Eventbrite.

4) Partial or full order refunds are OK

Refund Instructions: Please view your ticket in your Eventbrite account (Profile > Tickets). Click the button “Request a Refund” and fill out the form. Please include how many tickets will need to be refunded.

キャンプフジ サムライラン: 5月12日（日曜日）

• キャンプ富士アスレチックスフィールドにて朝10時スタート、正午12時終了予定です。

イベント内容：

• 重いものを動かしたり、懸垂をしたり沼や森の中を走る障害物レースです。

• 申込先着350人にオリジナルTシャツとメダルが配布されます。

参加資格：

• SOFA保持者、アメリカ国籍または日本国籍保持者で本大会にエントリーした健康な男女。（アメリカ国籍、日本国籍以外の方はキャンプ富士アスレチックスまで一度お問い合わせください。）

参加費：

• $40 一般(15歳以上）競技
• $40 一般(15歳以上）ファンラン
• $20 キッズ（5歳から14歳まで）ファンラン

レース当日の参加申込費はクレジットカード支払いのみ（JCB及びデビットカードはご利用頂けませんのでご注意下さい）。

当日参加申込みの場合、プラス＄５が追加されます。

イベントタイムスケジュール：

レース参加者は5月12日（日曜日）07:00amから09:00am.の間に、必ずチェックインを行ってください。

• レースのスタートとフィニッシュはアスレチックフィールド内です。
• 07:00am チェックイン開始
• 09:00am チェックイン終了
• 09:45am スタートラインに集合
• 09:50am 安全注意事項等の説明
• 10:00am 一般競技スタート
• 10:00am 一般ファンランスタート
• 11:00am キッズファンラン（5-14歳）スタート

キャンセル、返金について:

参加申込後行けなくなった場合、他人にそのまま譲ることはできますか？

ーいいえ、できません。キャンセルを行ってください。

参加できなくなった場合返金はしてもらえますか？

ーはい。健康上の理由などにより参加ができなくなった場合は5月11日までに返金の手続きを行ってください。イベントブライトにて申込をされた場合はイベントブライトのサイトより返金の手続きを行ってください。

•返金は5月11日午後2時まで受付けます。

返金方法:

イベントブライトにてご自身のチケットの画面 （プロファイル＞チケット）より返金をクリックし必要項目を入力して下さい。チケットは一枚のみでも複数でも返金請求をすることができます。
