System Engineer / Satellite Operation Engineer (SOP)

**About the company:** Synspective Koto-ku, Tokyo Synspective provides solutions for utilizing and integrating data from Synthetic Aperture Radar ("SAR") satellite constellations, big data, and machine learning. **Requirements:** Working experience in satellite operation. Working experience in defining requirements and designing in a software development project. Experience working in a team of more than 3 members. Comfortable with communicating in English and Japanese, both written and spoken. Able to commute to our Tokyo head office (at Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo. Expected frequency is 2 or 3 days per week) **Nice to have:** While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Working experience in satellite operation with multiple satellites / low earth orbit satellites / satellites for earth observations. Working experience as a leader or sub-leader in a team. Experience in software development from defining requirements to delivery in production. Working experience in the space domain (ground system development is ideal)
