Senior Software Engineer (amptalk coach team)

**About the company:** amptalk Shibuya, Tokyo amptalk is a sales enablement tool that automatically captures recorded sales calls on Zoom, transcribes the conversation, and analyzes the content. **Responsibilities:** Understand business goals and translate them into well-designed, reliable software. Design, implement, and operate systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Lead by example through high-quality code, testing, and system design. Review code, pair program, and mentor team members to raise overall engineering quality. Own systems in production: monitoring, debugging, incident response, and continuous improvement. Proactively identify technical risks and propose improvements before they become problems Requirements 5+ years of experience in product development End-to-end engineering process experience in a single product, from design and development to operation and maintenance Proven full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, database, and cloud Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Passion for continuous reflection and improvement Experience mentoring junior engineers Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
