Read more **Responsibilities:** Design, development, and operation of APIs and web applications using Ruby on Rails (development in 2-week sprints) Building a back-end infrastructure that can safely and scalably utilize property/housing content and data Planning and implementation of new features using generative AI Proposing improvements to the development environment, application architecture, and performance tuning Requirements Experience in web development (3+ years preferred) Experience developing with Ruby on Rails Experience deploying and operating services on AWS (our stack runs on ECS Fargate, Aurora, S3) Experience in software development utilizing AI-assisted coding tools Experience with RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL) Experience writing test code using RSpec Experience in designing architecture and launching and operating services Business Japanese ability Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
