Senior Backend Engineer, Automated Reasoning (Rust)

We are looking for an aspiring professional to join our RnD team. Responsibilities Make contributions to critical components in the development of a distributed reasoning system. Take ownership over specific Engineering artifacts such as services or libraries. Help create a system that truly understands programming languages. Experience At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering. Hands-on experience in distributed systems, AI, AAA game development, or scalable web technology. Technical Skills Proficiency in Rust (required), as well as C++/C, Python, a bit of TypeScript Experience in building backends. Experience with concurrency and threading. Educational Background Degrees in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. Soft Skills Proactive mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI. Fluent in conversational and written business English (C1+). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Personal Qualities Individual responsibility. Hiring process steps Initial Screening Interview (45 minutes) With either CHRO or Talent Specialist. Test Assignment This mandatory assignment takes up to 4 hours to complete, within 7 days from the start, and is unpaid. Technical Interview with our Tech Lead (1 hour) To discuss the test assignment, and check Hard Skills proficiency. Final interview with our Chief System Architect (1.5 hours) To check values/agenda alignment.
