**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** Lead collaborative development, design reviews, and post-mortems with our international teams. Define quality governance specific to the banking domain, including formalizing release criteria, severity definitions (Sev1-3), traceability requirements, and audit readiness protocols. Review and improve existing API tests Define test strategies for API testing and drive continuous improvement Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines Requirements Over 5 years of development experience Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge Experience leading a development team Experience in formulating test plans and test strategies Experience with code-based API testing tools such as RestAssured or Karate English: Business level Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Experience in reviewing system architecture Experience in improving testability Understanding of testing techniques (ISTQB Advanced Level knowledge) Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher) Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.
