QA Manager, Digital Bank

**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** QA organization management, including recruitment and development (members across multiple locations: Japan and Vietnam) Formulation of test strategies (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, functional/non-functional requirements, including automation) Collection, measurement, analysis, and consideration of defect data for continuous quality improvement Standardization of development and testing processes Requirements Over 3 years of experience in QA management Experience managing a team composed of 5 or more members Experience in formulating and executing test strategies with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge Possession of ISTQB or JSTQB Foundation Level certification, or equivalent knowledge; ISTQB Advanced Level is a plus Interest and enthusiasm for communication in a global development environment Business level Japanese (N2 or above) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
