Read more **Responsibilities:** QA Process Standardization: Design and drive initiatives to standardize and improve QA processes across the development organization. AI-Assisted Test Design: Systematize test analysis and design using AI tools such as Claude Code and Devin. Upstream Involvement: Engage from the early stages of development, leading test planning and effort estimation. E2E Test Automation: Drive end-to-end test automation with Playwright. Quality Culture: Instill quality awareness throughout the development team. Mentoring: Provide technical mentoring for junior members of the QA team. Requirements QA Experience: Hands-on experience as a QA engineer or test engineer for software or web services, including test planning, design, and management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience driving quality improvements together with colleagues in different roles.
