Description
**About the company:** Shippio Minato-ku, Tokyo Japan's first digital freight forwarder, building a multi-faceted digital platform that allows both customers (importer/exporter) and operators to efficiently and fluidly process international trade workflows. **Responsibilities:** Test planning, test design, and test execution. Coordinating the rollout of new features and updates. Incident handling and troubleshooting bugs in production. Improving current development and testing processes. Extending our automated E2E test suite to increase test coverage. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in QA of SaaS web applications. At least basic experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer). - Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript). Business Japanese ability. Basic English skills. A “product mindset” to guide your understanding of our customers’ needs and operations. Familiarity with browser developer tools to debug and analyze network requests and console logs. Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Testing experience with B2B SaaS or web-based ERP systems. Basic experience with API testing and REST APIs. Experience in the logistics industry. Compensation ¥5,000,000 ~ ¥7,200,000 annually.
