Description
**About the company:** PayPay Securities Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo PayPay Securities has launched “Point Management” with over 10 million users and “PayPay Asset Management", the first initiative in Japan that enables asset management on a payment application. **Responsibilities:** Create clear and concise PRDs and collaborate with various stakeholders including design team, engineering team, and QA team Manage and execute the daily product development cycle with an eye on the product vision of PayPay Securities Drive the timely implementation of ideas into the product without being constrained by precedents Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user challenges and plan and execute to solve them Identify metrics that allow for a deep understanding of the user experience and repeatable continuous improvement of it Requirements At least 3 years of Product Management experience in the Internet/web company or an equivalent role Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
