**About the company:** PayPay Minato-ku, Tokyo With over 70M million registered users (as of July 2025), PayPay is the country’s most popular mobile wallet used by approximately one out of every two smartphone users in Japan. **Responsibilities:** Design the total UX/UI for PayPay application and app/web tools for PayPay merchants. UX flow and UI design based on concept Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews Analyze and suggest improvements using numerical analysis tools Requirements More than 3-5 years of hands-on professional experience in mobile app (iOS/Android) UX/UI design. Experience in UX/UI design using Figma and Adobe Hands-on experience in product release, effectiveness measurement, and product improvement Business conversation level in Japanese or English Experience in using PayPay application Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
