Must currently reside in Japan \n
Physically fit and able to walk, run, carry children with ease. \n
Comfortable supporting children\u2019s personal care needs, including nappy changing and hygiene maintenance. \n
Previous experience in a school setting (preschool age and above) preferred. \n
A valid visa with work permissions \n
Be available in the afternoon between 12:30p.m. - 18:30 on weekdays (Monday-Friday, minimum 12 hours a week) \n \n

\r\nShift Availability:
\r\nOur shifts are exclusively between 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM; we do not offer morning or weekend shifts.
\r\n
\r\nPosition:
\r\nThis is a support role within our childcare facilities located mostly in the greater Osaka area, with schools also located in Nara, Kyoto, and the Hyogo area.
\r\n
\r\nAt KKIS, children attend formal classes during the day and join our daycare program in the afternoon. Your responsibilities will include supervising nap time, overseeing park play, facilitating arts and crafts, managing afternoon snacks, tending to basic care needs such as changing nappies (diapers), some cleaning duties, and more.
\r\n
\r\nRequirements:
\r\n
\r\nProficient in written and spoken English.
\r\nAvailable in the afternoons.
\r\nPassionate about working with young children.
\r\nCurrently residing in Japan with a valid work visa.
\r\n
\r\nWe offer:
\r\n
\r\nHourly wage starting at \u00a51,200, with potential increases up to \u00a51,230 based on performance.
\r\nCoverage of transportation costs up to \u00a540,000.
\r\nPaid holidays, calculated based on days worked per week.
\r\nInitial training and onboarding through seminars and daycare observations.
\r\nPotential progression to full-time roles such as Class Assistant or Lead Class Teacher.
