- Min 2 years teaching experience at elementary school level \n
- Able to teach multuple subjects \n
- Able to create and execute engaging lessons at the elementary level \n \n
- Description \n
- Our client school is looking for a maternity cover teacher. Although this is a short-term position, it may be a good fit for someone who enjoys working with young learners and is open to teaching immersion English and science classes. Immersion-style classes are still quite rare in the Japanese school system, so it would be a great opportunity to experience something beyond regular ALT work.

- \r\nContract Period: Nov 1, 2026 - Mar 31, 2027
- \r\nMonthly Remuneration: 280,000yen to 330,000yen (before tax)+ transportation
- \r\n*Depending on qualification and experience
- \r\nWorking Days: Mon - Fri
- \r\nHours: 8:15-17:15
- \r\nInsurance: Social Insurance (Health and Pension) and Employment Insurance

- \r\n= Work Duties =
- \r\n-Teaching up to 20 lessons\/week (mostly English and some science classes)
- \r\n-Lesson preparation
- \r\n-Curriculum and material development
- \r\n-Attending meetings
- \r\n-Attending school events and ceremonies (including religious events and ceremonies)
- \r\n-Test making and grading
- \r\n-Journal checking
- \r\n-Eating lunch with students
- \r\n-Supervising during cleaning time
- \r\n-School commute\/arrival supervision
