**About the company:** Exawizards Minato-ku, Tokyo Exawizards is a technology company focused on addressing societal challenges through artificial intelligence. By developing AI platforms and products, we target both industry-specific problems and broader societal issues, such as those posed by an aging population. **Responsibilities:** Formulation of recruitment strategies and policies (e.g., portfolio planning across business units and levels, new graduate vs. mid-career hiring, and channel strategy) Planning and coordination of recruiting team resources (headcount and budget) Development and team building of recruiting team members Advancement and standardization of recruiting operations (e.g., building dashboards to track recruiting CVR performance, leveraging generative AI to structure interview and review processes) Enhancement of collaboration with corporate functions (e.g., automation of contract processes and onboarding data integration) Organizational development: Proposing organizational structures and positions based on hiring needs and market trends, and coordinating non-recruitment approaches to address talent gaps Talent development: Supporting onboarding for members you have hired, as well as mentoring and monitoring the development of junior employees Requirements Experience in end-to-end recruitment operations within an IT-related company, including planning and execution across multiple hiring channels (approximately 1–2 years or more) Experience in project management Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
