We strive to provide the simplest and most powerful solution to our users. **Requirements:** 7+ years of web development experience with 2+ years at a single company Interest in languages and internationalization (i18n) Comfortable working fully in-office, as our team relies heavily on whiteboards, mob programming, and face-to-face collaboration rather than asynchronous tools. **Nice to have:** While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Excellent analytical and creative approaches to problem-solving Experience with large systems development Experience with server/internet security Experience with unit and end-to-end testing Knowledge about algorithms and data structures Knowledge or experience in leveraging AI agents for software development Experience in customer observation and requirements analysis **Compensation:** ¥6,000,000 ~ ¥9,000,000 annually.
