As a team, we’re committed to continuous improvement and providing a fulfilling work environment. Your Role: Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Design and implement scalable and efficient APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing ones. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Continuously improve and optimize code for maximum efficiency and performance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Interview Process Initial Interview with the CEO: A 30-minute discussion with the CEO. Coding Test: Engineers must complete a simple coding test to verify their capabilities. Final Interview: A comprehensive final interview to assess your overall fit with the company.
