Description
**About the company:** Scoville Tokyo Web-based HR products, cross-industry AI, IoT, Robotics, and Cloud & Big Data solutions. We work in a range of industries such as Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Health Care, Warehousing & Inventory, and Health & Fitness. **Responsibilities:** The overall UX/UI design of the user experience for the new product. Design and maintain user personas. Mockups and low fidelity designs. High fidelity and interaction designs. Design and improve information architecture. Design and document user journeys and flows. Advocate for best UX and product design practices. Perform UX research to uncover user needs and test business ideas. Conduct user and customer interviews. Conduct user or design heuristics evaluations. Create interactive prototypes to test hypotheses through usability testing. Conduct market and ethnographic research. Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations. Analyze UX analytics to monitor and direct design decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to make abstract subjects tangible. Conduct design thinking and requirements gathering workshops. Summarize and organize workshop conclusions to share with stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of product design or equivalent experience. Experience in working with Agile teams and PMs on new launches from the initial service phase. Experience in working for B2B markets. Expertise with UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tooling. Experience in running discovery workshops or brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams. Good knowledge about how to obtain and use UX analytics. A process-driven portfolio that demonstrates the experience listed here. Business-level Japanese language ability. For those in Japan, you must have a working visa valid for more than six months. Compensation ¥8,000,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually. Negotiable based on experience.
