Partnering with companies like Toyota Motor Corporation and NTT DX Partners, it leads digital transformation efforts and pioneers the practical adoption of AI across Japan. **Responsibilities:** Management and mentoring of the engineering team Leading a multinational engineering team, bridging cultural and linguistic gaps Developing new products and designing technical architecture using Generative AI/LLM Designing and proposing AI solutions based on client challenges Improving development processes and establishing quality management systems Driving projects in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and data scientists Requirements 5+ years of development experience (including web/system development and architecture design) Experience managing a multinational team or mentoring junior engineers Experience with Generative AI (professional or personal use) Japanese language communication skills (Business level or higher) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
