- We are seeking a Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights that support business growth across the company's portfolio of brands.

- \r\nThe role will support the company's global business by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data across multiple functions, including marketing, product development, inventory management, and business operations.
- \r\n
- \r\nYou will help drive data-driven decision making while contributing to the growth of Japanese traditional crafts around the world.
- \r\n
- \r\nResponsibilities Include:
- \r\n- Collecting and integrating sales, advertising, and HR data into our in-house database
- \r\n- Cleaning and preparing datasets to support a reliable analytics environment
- \r\n- Designing and building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- \r\n- Performing statistical analysis and developing machine learning models using Python (Pandas\/NumPy) or R
- \r\n- Developing demand forecasting models and inventory optimization algorithms
- \r\n- Reporting insights and recommending improvements to the marketing and product development teams
- \r\n
- \r\nRequired Qualifications:
- \r\n- Strong interest and motivation to engage in data analysis and AI utilization
- \r\n- Basic Excel skills
- \r\n- Logical thinking ability and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems

- \r\nPreferred Qualifications:
- \r\n- Experience in data analysis using Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) or R
- \r\n- Experience participating in data competitions such as Kaggle or SIGNATE
- \r\n- Experience in data extraction and processing using SQL
- \r\n- Certifications such as Statistical Test Level 2 or higher, IT Passport, or Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination
