AI-driven Development Engineer (Full-Stack Engineer)

Details Streamlining a wide range of development tasks—including requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing—by leveraging AI assistance and AI agents. Evaluating and promoting the adoption of AI-driven development tools, such as IDEs like Cursor and Windsurf, and agent-based platforms like Bolt.new and Devin. Collaborating with internal project managers, directors, and designers to drive business success from a technical perspective. As a tech lead, define the technical direction of projects and guide the development team. As a full-stack engineer, lead development teams based primarily in Japan and Vietnam, driving projects to successful delivery. Demonstrate leadership beyond your area of expertise to drive project success. Responsible not only for design and development, but also for building CI/CD pipelines, formulating and executing deployment strategies, and driving stable operations and continuous improvement of the service.
