Senior SRE

**About the company:** MeetsMore Chuo-ku, Tokyo We offer two core services: MeetsMore, an online platform that seamlessly handles everything from quote comparison to order placement, and ProOne, an all-in-one SaaS solution tailored for field service industries. **Requirements:** A comfortable, senior-level understanding of cloud platforms, especially in AWS. Production experience working with observability / monitoring platforms (we use DataDog). Experience in maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions in multi-cloud production environments (e.g., Pulumi, Terraform, / CloudFormation). Experience working with container-based environments (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo CD). Experience programming in TypeScript. Be OK with being part of the on-call rotation (you’ll be on-call roughly 1 out of every 6 weeks). Either be conversational in Japanese or have a desire to do so (we will help). Be located in, or be willing to relocate to, Japan (we will relocate). **Nice to have:** While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Experience testing or securing LLM-based features: prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage, or agent tool permissions. Have led at least one full penetration test from start to finish — scoping, testing, reporting, and confirming fixes — against web applications, mobile apps, and APIs. Have led a full certification audit (e.g., ISO 27001 / ISMS), ideally at a Japanese company: getting the controls in place, collecting evidence, and working directly with auditors.
