**About the company:** PayPay Securities Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo PayPay Securities has launched “Point Management” with over 10 million users and “PayPay Asset Management", the first initiative in Japan that enables asset management on a payment application. **Responsibilities:** Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to create new features and improve the UI/UX of existing features with the user experience as the first priority Take on a variety of challenges to deliver new securities product experiences to users Responsible for the total UI/UX design for PayPay securities native apps, PayPay securities mini-apps (point management and asset management mini-apps accessed through PayPay), PC trading sites, and management tools UX flow and UI design based on concept and design system Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews Analysis and improvement proposals using numerical analysis tools Requirements 3+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design experience Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma, Overflow and Adobe When applying, please attach your portfolio in addition to your resume **Requirements:** 3+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design experience Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma, Overflow and Adobe When applying, please attach your portfolio in addition to your resume
