Since our founding in 2017, we’ve been focused on building AI-powered legal services that help legal and business teams work faster and more confidently. **Responsibilities:** Evolve the “Legal Success Platform” by developing new features and continuously improving “LegalOn” Construct and refine development workflows centered on AI Identify peripheral challenges necessary for creating customer value and address issues beyond your assigned domain Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality, maintainability, operability, and productivity Requirements 5+ years of experience in web application development 3+ years of experience in either web frontend or backend development 6+ months of experience in development using AI Agents Experience in development premised on the operation of automated testing Experience in asynchronous team development using distributed platforms such as Git and GitHub N2-level equivalent Japanese proficiency and fluent English communication skills (both online and offline) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
