**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** Information gathering, understanding of latest technologies, and verification for major vendors such as Microsoft Operational management of tools such as EDR, CASB, and MDM Security risk management for internal systems and the use of external SaaS Construction of controls compliant with security guidelines Security incident response for internal systems Implementation and promotion of device security measures Implementation and deployment of frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Benchmark Requirements Basic understanding of computer science, including networks, operating systems, data structures, and cryptography Development experience in at least one programming language Professional English communication skills Hands-on experience in building and operating internal systems (CASB, DLP, MDM, EDR, Entra ID, etc.) Language Requirements - Japanese: Fluent - English: TOEIC score of 700 or above Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Preferred Skills and Experience - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or GCIH - Deep understanding of authentication and authorization, including OIDC and OAuth - Experience in security-related operations within the financial or FinTech sectors, such as compliance with FISC standards - Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.
