SaaS Management Department Manager, Global IT Division,Tokyo

**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** You will be managing a team that is involved in everything from planning and promotion related to SaaS management to actual operation, based on your interests and experience. This role will require you to provide technical guidance for the team as well as managing projects that are aligned with the goals of the organizations (aka Player/ Manager). You will be in charge of large-scale projects affecting the entire group, working in coordination with overseas offices such as Vietnam and India in addition to domestic locations. Research on SaaS functions and promotion of their utilization (including AI utilization) Definition of company-wide information sharing methods, SaaS selection, and introduction Establishment of group-wide management policies and operational setup (license granting, inventory, change management, etc.) Budget planning and expenditure management, building relationships with vendors Business process improvement for manual operations Internal help desk tasks: Handling inquiries Building and managing knowledge for users Requirements Five or more years of experience of project management. Expertise in user and group provisioning standards, including hands-on experience with SAML, SCIM etc. Experience in leading an implementation of SaaS/ERP products in medium to large organizations. A working knowledge of Generative AI, and AI from an end user perspective, and have experience using it in a corporate environment Experience in leading the planning, requirements definition, introduction, and operation of internal systems Experience operating corporate IT SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.) Able to work in a networked organization Business basic level Japanese (JLPT N2, CEFR B2 equivalent or higher) Business basic level English (TOEIC 700 equivalent or higher) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. A track record of managing IT licenses and negotiating license agreements. Experience in managing or designing an Identity Access Management system. Experience in improving operations using SaaS Web APIs, etc. Work experience at a System Integrator (SIer), enterprise cloud solutions provider, or IT consulting firm.
