Read more **Responsibilities:** Develop and execute the global hiring strategy aligned with AIRoA’s organizational goals Manage full-cycle recruitment: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Conduct direct sourcing and outreach via BizReach, LinkedIn, and other platforms Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing Coordinate with HR and labor management teams on hiring policies and compliance Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (spoken and written) — required Fluent Japanese communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders Ability to work on-site in Tokyo (remote work not available) Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
