QA Manager

**About the company:** Mico Minato-ku, Tokyo We offer multiple products that deliver conversational experiences, including MicoCloud, a platform that is used by over 1,000 clients to reach over 29 million people. **Responsibilities:** Manage QA team members, including goal setting, performance evaluation, development, and conducting 1-on-1 meetings Define and drive the QA strategy and roadmap Design, improve, and optimize quality management processes throughout the SDLC, and promote test efficiency Develop and execute test automation strategies Collaborate with stakeholders, including Development and SRE teams, to share quality issues and drive improvements, contributing to overall organizational quality enhancement Lead QA hiring activities, including hiring plans, interviews, and onboarding Manage budget and resources Requirements At least 3 years of experience in team management At least 5 years of experience in web application testing and QA Hands-on experience as a QA engineer in test planning, design, and execution Experience in introducing and driving test automation initiatives Strong knowledge and practical experience in software quality management Japanese: Business-level proficiency English: Conversational level or above Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
