QA Engineer, Digital Bank

**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** Design and manage the QA process integrated with our CI/CD pipeline. Planning test strategies, reporting defects, and making release decisions Planning, creating, and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements Facilitate consensus and strong alignment across key stakeholders (PdM, Development, SRE, Security, Operations, and Legal). Requirements QA or development experience (3+ years) Experience in formulating software development processes or QA processes Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science Interest in communication within a global development environment, as development is conducted jointly with overseas locations, and English will be used in work situations Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
