**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** Fusion of SRE and Platform Engineering: Identify and solve issues in assigned products, and build a cycle to generalize those processes and tools to give back to the company-wide platform. Improving Observability in Microservices Environments: “Visualize the current status” and “advance fault detection” through distributed tracing, metrics design, and log utilization in complex service groups. Ensuring Reliability in Large-scale Data Domains: Involvement in DB tuning and scalable architecture in domains handling vast and mission-critical data, such as HR (Human Resources) and CA (Accounting). Cross-functional Collaboration with Specialized Departments: Work closely with the CISO Office (Security) and QA Office to implement mechanisms and coordination that maximize development speed while maintaining high governance levels. Formulation and Operation of SLO/SLIs: Set goals based on business requirements and establish release decision processes using error budgets. Toil Reduction and Automation: Promote automation of operations, improvement of CI/CD pipelines, and self-service capabilities. Cloud Infrastructure Construction and Operation Experience: Practical experience using AWS (Main environment). Practice of IaC (Infrastructure as Code): Experience implementing configuration management using Terraform or similar tools.
