Read more **Responsibilities:** Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements and development plans Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features and improvements on a regular cadence Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive research Help define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth Gather feedback from users, creators, partners, and internal stakeholders Maintain clear product documentation and stakeholder communication Leverage AI tools to improve planning, research, execution, and decision-making Help establish scalable product processes as the company grows Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience Experience launching and growing products in the Japanese market Business-level English and Japanese skills Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies Experience working directly with software engineers and designers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership beyond a traditional Product Manager role Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Experience in entertainment, music, media, creator economy, gaming, or fan engagement businesses Experience with consumer mobile applications (iOS and Android) Familiarity with Figma and modern design workflows Experience working at startups or high-growth technology companies Experience launching AI-powered products or features Strong understanding of modern AI workflows and tools Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI tools in daily work Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design, AI agents, or AI-assisted product development Experience working with international teams and global consumer products Compensation ¥8,000,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually.
