Platform Engineer (Tech Lead)

By developing AI platforms and products, we target both industry-specific problems and broader societal issues, such as those posed by an aging population. **Responsibilities:** Collaborating with the Product Manager (PdM) to define development policies Leading technical strategy and technology selection Managing development teams and project execution Defining development policies and creating development roadmaps Leading the formulation and execution of technical strategies and technology selection Planning, designing, and leading the development of systems across the stack, including front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes), with hands-on contributions Improving product and code quality through activities such as code reviews and various testing processes Managing the development team, including assigning tasks to members based on their roles and expertise Requirements Over 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and system development Hands-on experience with Kubernetes Development experience using Go Experience or understanding of development with Node.js or Python Japanese communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) Compensation ¥8,040,000 ~ ¥13,080,000 annually. **Requirements:** Over 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and system development Hands-on experience with Kubernetes Development experience using Go Experience or understanding of development with Node.js or Python Japanese communication skills (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) Compensation ¥8,040,000 ~ ¥13,080,000 annually. **Compensation:** ¥8,040,000 ~ ¥13,080,000 annually.
