Read more **Responsibilities:** You’ll lead the design and evolution of the shared platform that supports multiple products, taking ownership of infrastructure architecture, operations, monitoring, and security. This isn’t simply an infrastructure operations role. You’ll build the systems and processes that improve product reliability while enabling the company to scale. Your responsibilities include: Designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure Improving and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines Enhancing system reliability, availability, and security Building monitoring and alerting systems, and improving incident response processes Automating operations and improving developer productivity Contributing to backend development in Go or Python when needed Requirements Experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Experience designing and operating systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and security A track record of proactively identifying technical challenges and driving improvements through to completion Experience developing backend web applications Ability to use AI tools effectively for software development, independently solving problems and learning new technologies Business-level Japanese communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, write clearly, and express ideas logically in a business environment Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
