Spirits of Japan
Saturday, August 24 from 5 to 10p.m.
Tickets are $55.
Just like St. Louis is a beer town, Kentucky’s known for bourbon, and nothing says rum like the Florida Keys, so too are the different alcohols of Japan popularized in different regions and ways. Sake, shochu, and awamori may all be Japanese libations, but their creation and histories are quite distinctive.
Want to try all three, and learn more about them while you’re at it? Join us and experience these spirits while learning more about fermentation processes, proper sipping techniques and what foods best pair with each selection. There will also be live entertainment!
All guests must be 20 years old or older to attend and the preferred dress is business casual attire. In other words, we encourage all patrons to dress comfortably, but simply ask that you leave the flip-flops, t-shirts and tattered jeans at home.
This event is open to all adult SOFA ID card holders and their authorized guests.
Please drink responsibly.
