Nanrakuen Plum Festival

Nanrakuen Garden in Ehime hosts a plum festival annually from late January to early March. This event celebrates the beauty of around 160 plum trees in full bloom. Visitors can enjoy free plum tea, amazake, and zenzai during the festival, as well as purchase plants and flowers. For those who can’t make it during the plum season, there are other flower events held throughout the year such as sakura, azalea, and iris festivals. Admission to the park is 310 yen for adults and 150 yen for school-aged students and seniors aged 65 and above.
