- We are seeking a CRM Manager who can develop and execute customer relationship strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and maximize long term customer value.

- \r\nThe role will primarily support businesses centered on Japanese traditional crafts, cultural experiences, and retail within the company's brands.
- \r\n
- \r\nYou will play a key role in creating personalized customer experiences that connect both online and offline touch points while helping share Japanese culture with a global audience.

- \r\nYou will work closely with various teams to analyze customer behavior, optimize CRM initiatives, and improve customer retention.
- \r\n
- \r\nResponsibilities Include:
- \r\n- Developing and executing CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV)
- \r\n- Analyzing customer data and creating audience segments for targeted campaigns
- \r\n- Managing customer communications through email, LINE, SMS, and other CRM channels
- \r\n- Planning and improving customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- \r\n- Monitoring CRM performance and optimizing campaigns using data driven insights

- \r\nRequired Qualifications:
- \r\n- 3+ years of CRM experience
- \r\n- Experience analyzing customer data and developing CRM strategies
- \r\n- Experience managing email marketing campaigns
- \r\n- Experience setting KPIs and driving improvements using the PDCA cycle
- \r\n
- \r\nPreferred Qualifications:
- \r\n- Experience designing Shopify-based e-commerce websites
- \r\n- Experience creating landing pages and digital marketing assets
- \r\n- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices
- \r\n- Experience working in a multilingual or international environment
