**About the company:** Money Forward Minato-ku, Tokyo Money Forward is a fintech startup delivering tools to visualize and improve both individuals'​ and companies'​ financial health. **Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be the key driver in elevating product quality by performing deep domain analyses, identifying patterns in historical release issues, and architecting actionable plans to prevent recurrence. Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to automate, test, and enhance our quality frameworks, ensuring high-integrity releases. Audit the end-to-end SDLC, proactively identifying systemic quality gaps and architectural risks. Architect and implement AI-driven automation strategies and AI-augmented debugging workflows. Monitor production quality through advanced observability, logs, and metrics to continuously refine our quality loop. Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to integrate quality-first thinking into the development lifecycle. Requirements Expertise in AI implementation (LLMs, Agent Ops) for engineering productivity. Proven track record in technical auditing and domain-specific quality analysis. Deep proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and test automation. Ability to translate complex technical data into strategic, actionable roadmaps.
