Job Description
We offer a full support system where you can learn from scratch! As a store manager candidate, you will first be entrusted with floor work.
We are looking for a new manager candidate for our revolving sushi restaurant “Sushiro”.
You will start with basic store operations.
First, as a staff member, you will learn the basics of serving customers, working in the restaurant, and cooking. We provide training for each position, such as how to hold sushi, how to operate the cash register, and customer service, so you can learn each task one by one!
Over time, we will gradually increase the roles that you take on.
The basics of restaurant development are people, things, money, and risk. Specifically, in the case of shift management, you will learn sales management, sanitation management, etc. one by one.
▼Salary
Basic salary: 215,000 yen + various allowances
Example salary of a worker with no previous experience:
Approximately 250,000 yen per month (base salary of 210,000 yen + housing allowance of 33,000 yen + family allowance of 4,000 yen + overtime allowance of 3,000 yen)
*Salary increases are given as needed for hard work!
The average annual salary of all employees is 5,377,000 yen.
The average annual salary of a manager is 6,217,000 yen.
Bonuses:
Twice a year (June and December)
We evaluate the efforts of each and every employee!
In addition to the monthly salary, bonuses are paid according to hard work!
Allowance details:
All transportation expenses are paid.
100% overtime pay

Shift system:
Daily working hours: 8 hours 00 minutes to 10 hours 00 minutes
Variable working hours system on a monthly basis (average of 40 hours per week)
*About 30 hours of overtime per month/100% of overtime paid in full!
Shift example:
11:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 21:00, or 14:00 – 23:00
Store hours are 11:00-23:00 (depending on each store)
*No all-night hours!

Overtime: Approx. 30 hours per month / 100% of overtime paid in full
